On March 16, 2021 Lloyd Wright, former director of USDA’s Office of Civil Rights under the Clinton and Obama Administrations and Policy Center Board Member, presented on what the new administration means for small farmers. At this meeting Mr. Wright discussed the new debt relief bill.
